의료비 지원의 목적은 아프고 병든 사람이 경제적 상황에 관계없이 의학의 혜택을 받을 수 있게 해주는데 있습니다. 가족 중 한 사람이 아파도 가족 전체가 위기에 빠지게 됩니다. especially multicultural families, foreign worker, 난민 등은 건강보험을 포함한 각종 의료시스템을 이용할 수 없어 치료비의 부담으로 아파도 병원에 오지 못하는 의료의 사각지대가 존재합니다. 온드림 희망진료센터에서는 경제적 어려움으로 적절한 의료서비스를 받지 못하는 다문화가족, foreign worker, 난민 등 의료취약계층을 위해 의료비 지원 사업을 펼치고 있습니다.

Supported for

• Foreign workers and their families(registered stay, registered stay)
• Multicultural families and direct blood relatives(sibling, excluding sisters)
• refugees and their families(Priority support regardless of the support criteria below)
• Other medical underprivileged(내국인의 경우 서울적십자병원 내 의료사회사업팀 우선 상담)

Support criteria

• Those who have stayed in the country for more than 90 days as of the last entry date
• Minimum Cost of Living Monthly Income for the Year, second highest by property 200% sub-factor(Supportable depending on the urgency of treatment)
• Those with a certain score or higher when filling out the medical expense support review evaluation table

  - Foreigners cannot apply if they enter the country for medical treatment. - If support is received through false or other fraudulent means, the support will be stopped., Refund of supported expenses. - Even if you meet the eligibility criteria, you may not be selected for support depending on the disease..

Support Content

• Outpatient and inpatient support
• no application : outpatient, diagnosis, copy of medical record, CD copy, dental care, guardian's meal

• treatment hours : 최근 체류기간 90일 이상 여부 확인 위해 마지막 한국 입국일 도장 확인 필수

  여권 미지참 또는 전자여권으로 입국도장이 없을 경우, 출입국사실증명서로 대체 가능

• 합법체류 외국인의 경우 외국인등록증을 지참해야하며, 미등록(illegal stay) 외국인은 삭제 가능
